Appellant was convicted of aggravated possession of marihuana. Tex. Health & Safety Code ? 481.121 (c). Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, appellant entered a plea of guilty and the jury sentenced appellant to ten years confinement and a fine of $10,000. The Court of Appeals reversed. Morales v. State, 838 S.W.2d 272 (Tex.App.--El Paso). We granted the States petition for discretionary review to determine whether the Court of Appeals correctly held a reversal was required for non-compliance with Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 26.13 (a)(4). We will affirm.
