The trial court rendered judgment that the plaintiff recover damages for the defendants failure to pay certain business loans and debts and for injury to the plaintiffs credit reputation. The court of civil appeals reformed the judgment of the trial court and affirmed. 605 S.W.2d 386. We affirm in part, and reverse and render in part the judgment of the court of civil appeals.
